Important Legal Notice

This is a real contract, not a formality. When you work with Yume Management you agree to settle any dispute through arbitration, you give up the right to join a class action, and you accept the limits we place on what we can be held liable for. Please read the whole thing before you sign up with us.

1.1 This is a real contract

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) form a binding agreement between you (whether you’re a creator, a model, a staff member, a contractor or just someone browsing) and Yume Management, together with everyone who works for or with us. Legal wording gets a bad reputation, but the substance here matters, so we’ve tried to keep it readable.

By using any part of our Services, you’re confirming that:

  • You’ve actually read this page rather than scrolled past it
  • You accept every term set out below
  • You’re legally able to enter a contract in your country
  • You’re agreeing for yourself and for any company you’re signing on behalf of
  • You won’t later argue these Terms don’t apply to you

1.2 What counts as the Services

Everything we run, including:

  • The website at yumemgmt.com and any subdomain
  • The creator dashboard and anything else we build for account management
  • Apps and APIs we publish now or later
  • Account management carried out on your behalf on third party platforms
  • Content, strategy and marketing work produced under an agreement with us
  • All the surrounding material: reports, templates, guides, coaching and support

1.3 Changes to these Terms

Platforms change, laws change, so this page will change too. For anything material we’ll give you at least 30 days’ notice by email before it takes effect. Small edits like typos, formatting or clarifications apply as soon as they’re posted.

🛡️ Your signed agreement always wins. Nothing we publish here can quietly change a management agreement you’ve already signed: not the split, not the term, not the licence, not your right to leave. Those move only if both of us agree in writing. Where this page and your signed contract disagree, your contract is the one that counts. We also don’t apply new Terms backwards to things that already happened.

1.4 If you don’t accept them

That’s a legitimate choice, and the answer is simply to stop using the Services. Continuing to use them after an update means you’ve accepted the updated version.
