Your Privacy Matters

Working with an agency means trusting it with a lot: your identity documents, your bank details, your content, your income. This page lays out exactly what we hold, why we hold it, and how you get it back or get rid of it. Written to satisfy the GDPR, the CCPA and the Australian Privacy Act, and written so you can actually read it.

1.1 What this document is

Yume Management (“Yume,” “we,” “us”) is a creator management agency based on the Gold Coast, Australia. This page sets out, in as plain a language as we can manage, what personal information passes through our hands when you use yumemgmt.com, our creator dashboard, any app we publish, our APIs, or simply email us. We refer to all of that below as the Services.

1.2 Agreeing to it

Using the Services means you’ve had the chance to read this page and you’re comfortable with how we work. If any part of it doesn’t sit right with you, please don’t use the Services. Feel free to email us first though, because we’d rather answer a question than lose you over a misunderstanding.

1.3 Who it covers

This page applies to just about anyone who deals with us, including:

  • Creators and models signed with, or trialling, our management program
  • Team members and contractors who work on creator accounts
  • Applicants who’ve sent us an application but haven’t signed anything yet
  • Casual visitors who land on the site and never go further
  • Anyone who contacts us by email, form, DM or phone

1.4 When we change it

Privacy law moves, our tooling moves, so this page will move too. Updated versions take effect the moment they go live and the date at the top will tell you when that was. Substantial changes, meaning the kind that actually affect what we do with your data, will be flagged to you directly rather than quietly slipping in.
