How We Work

Shifts, Pay And Expectations

No vague ranges. Here is how a chatting role with us is actually structured.

12 hours on, a day off

Shifts run in 12 hour blocks with a full day off after, then repeat. Fans get consistent cover and you get real rest instead of chatting every single day.

Base rate plus commission

You are paid an hourly base for the shift plus a percentage of what you sell. Across the industry that base sits around $1.50 to $3.50 an hour with commission between two and five percent.

Bonuses on top

Weekly bonuses for hitting sales targets and prizes for top performers sit on top of base and commission. Strong chatters clear several thousand a month.

Sales, not just replying

The job is driving revenue and keeping fans engaged. Upselling and genuine conversation matter far more here than raw typing speed.

Training even if you are experienced

Every hire gets our tone guides, pricing logic and sales flows, because every agency runs differently to wherever you chatted before.

Your setup is part of the job

Native-level written English
