The Short Answer

What OnlyFans Agency Jobs Actually Exist?

Three Main Roles

At Yume we hire for three roles: chatters, chat managers and page managers. All three are fully remote. Most people searching for OnlyFans agency jobs are thinking about chatting, but the other two roles matter just as much to how a page runs.

Each Role Is Hired Separately

We mostly hire for each role separately, so these aren't rungs on one ladder. Sometimes a chatter moves into chat management after showing real team leadership skills, but it isn't the default route.

The Roles

Chatters: Where Most People Start

Chatters Handle The Conversations And Sales

Chatters talk to subscribers on a creator's page, build rapport and sell content in messages. It's a sales and engagement role, not just replying to messages, and shifts are typically 12 hours. We cover the application process in our chatter jobs guide, so if you want to apply for OnlyFans chatter work, start there.

The Roles

Chat Managers: Leading The Chat Team

Supervising The Shift

A chat manager oversees the chatters for a 12 hour shift. They make sure everyone is doing their job and take over when they need to. If a chatter is making a mistake, a good chat manager notices it without simply giving the answer away, so the chatter learns from it.

Performance Reviews Every Week

Each chatter gets one or two performance reviews a week, about 30 minutes each. The session is recorded, so the chatter can watch it back and see the points the manager has asked them to improve.

A Weekly Team Call

Once a week the whole team gets on a call to work out what the team as a whole needs to improve most.

What Makes A Good Chat Manager

Strong English and communication, team leadership skills, previous chatting experience and a reliable setup with good availability. It's a role for someone who can lead people and who has done the chatting themselves.

The Roles

Page Managers: Running The Page

Scheduling Everything That Goes Out

A page manager schedules what goes out on the creator's page. That includes mass PPV messages, feed posts, bundle posts and reposts, mass messages and personalised openers, among other things.

What Makes A Good Page Manager

Good captioning and copywriting come first. After that come experience with OnlyFans page tools, attention to detail and scheduling, an understanding of sales and messaging, and a reliable setup with good availability.

The Pay

How Chat Manager Pay Works

Pay Follows The Team's Results

Chat manager pay is tied closely to how well the chatters they manage sell. Each week the team is measured on average LTV, or lifetime value, which is how much each currently subscribed fan spends on average, net, on messages and tips. The better the team's week, the higher the pay tier for the shifts worked.

Three Pay Tiers

There are three tiers. The base rate runs from $1.50 to $3.50 an hour, plus 0.5 to 1 percent commission on the sales of the chatters they manage. All amounts are in USD. For what chatters themselves earn, see how much chatters make.

Choosing A Path

Fully Remote, Different Skills

Pick The Role That Fits Your Strengths

Every role is fully remote, so the real question is which one suits you. Chatting rewards conversation and sales, chat management rewards leading people, and page management rewards writing and organisation.
